However, you must pay for shipping cost, approx €5 depending on where you live, and send the item back.

If it was the wrong size, just send it back and you will receive a new one, you will pay the return shipping cost yourself, approx €5-8 depending on where you live.

Unclaimed package

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
